What is DetailAI?

DetailAI is an AI lead response and instant quote platform built for premium auto detailing shops. It answers new leads in seconds by text or web chat and quotes from your own service menu, at your prices.

What happens when a customer calls and gets voicemail?

DetailAI sends an automatic text back within seconds of the missed call, so the conversation starts immediately, before the caller dials the next shop. The agent then classifies the vehicle, quotes, and books.

How much does DetailAI cost?

There are two plans. The Agent is $499 per month plus a one-time $499 setup fee, and puts the quote agent on your existing website. The Agent + Studio Site is $699 per month plus a one-time $1,499 setup fee, and includes a website we design, host, and maintain. The Agent’s $499 setup fee is waived with a 1-year subscription. The $1,499 Studio Site setup fee applies to every new website and is not waived. Both are flat. No per-booking fees and no add-ons.

Do I need a new website to use DetailAI?

No. The Agent plan at $499 per month works on the website you already have. The Studio Site plan is for shops whose current site is holding them back.

What is the Studio Site?

A website we design, host, and maintain for your shop on the DetailAI system, with the quote agent built in rather than bolted on. It includes an AI quoting agent on every page, structure written for local search and AI answer engines, and all hosting, security, and updates.

How do website changes and updates work?

Quick edits such as hours, prices, and photo swaps are included and turned around fast. New pages, redesigns, and structural work are quoted before any work begins, so there are never surprise charges.

Who owns the website?

You keep your domain and your content, always. The design and the platform remain DetailAI's for as long as you subscribe, which is what keeps the monthly price low instead of charging a full build cost upfront.

Does DetailAI quote my actual prices?

Yes. During onboarding you upload your price sheet, with services, tiers, and vehicle classes, and the agent quotes only from it. Nothing is estimated or made up.

Who is DetailAI for?

High-end detailing studios: ceramic coating, paint correction, and PPF shops with $2,000 and up average tickets. It is not built for volume car washes.

How does onboarding work?

Onboarding is white glove. We configure your menu, train the agent on how you talk to customers, and set up your channels with you personally. You approve everything before it goes live.
