Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit — such as your name, shop name, email address, phone number, and business information.

Communications data. When you call or text a phone number operated through DetailAI, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages so we can respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, and schedule appointments.

Usage data. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) to operate and improve the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide quotes and scheduling, deliver and improve our services, communicate with you about your account or demo request, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / text messaging privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are used solely to deliver the conversation you initiated — responding to your call or message, providing quotes, and confirming appointments.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, our messaging and hosting infrastructure providers), and only as needed to provide the service. These providers are bound to use your information solely on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@detailai.ai. You may also request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.

Data retention & security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information accordingly.
