SMS / text messaging program terms

Program name: DetailAI.

Program description: DetailAI sends conversational text messages in response to inquiries you initiate — for example, when you call a detailing shop’s number and the call cannot be answered, or when you text or submit a request through our website. Messages include responses to your questions, service quotes, appointment scheduling, and appointment confirmations or reminders.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, simply contact us again by call, text, or web form.

Help: If you experience issues or have questions, reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly at hello@detailai.ai.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
